Christian did a great job guiding us through the material. He helped us understand which topics corresponded to which learning groups. I also really appreciated that he was able to stick to the schedule very precisely, yet there was always time for questions and discussions.

Overall, it was a very good training session to prepare for the IREB exam. The trainer explained everything very well and provided many examples. It was my first hybrid training course. I was pleasantly surprised that the format worked so well. Still, in my opinion, as an online participant, you tend to hold back a bit because the in-person participants can simply interact with the instructor more quickly and effectively. Of course, this depends a lot on what kind of person you are, but in general, I had the impression that we online participants were less active than the in-person participants.

I had the pleasure of attending a three-day IREB training course and am extremely satisfied with the experience. The training was comprehensive, well-structured, and led by an extremely knowledgeable instructor. Content and Structure: The training covered all key topics of the IREB certification program, including the fundamental principles of requirements engineering, requirements analysis and modeling, as well as requirements validation and management. Each day was well-organized, with a balanced mix of theory and hands-on exercises that allowed us to immediately apply what we had learned. Trainer’s Expertise: The trainer impressed with his in-depth subject matter knowledge and teaching skills. He was able to explain complex concepts clearly and comprehensibly, incorporating numerous real-world examples. Particularly noteworthy was his patience and willingness to address every question in detail. Questions and Interaction: A major strength of the training was its interactive format. Participants were encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in discussions. The trainer took the time to answer every question in detail and ensure that all participants fully understood the concepts. This contributed significantly to the learning experience and created an open, collaborative learning atmosphere. Conclusion: The three-day IREB training course was extremely informative and met my expectations in every respect. The comprehensive coverage of the topics, the trainer’s technical expertise, and the interactive format made this training a valuable experience. I now feel well-prepared for the IREB certification and can highly recommend this training to anyone who wishes to further their education in the field of requirements engineering.

Christian Lehmann presented the material in a very professional and well-balanced manner. The content was explained in detail and in a practical way based on the workbook, and—more importantly—the participants were able to work through the material themselves as a team. Involving the participants—always through dialogue with one another and with the trainer—greatly enhances their understanding of the material. Even when things were unclear, the trainer was able to pick up on the ideas expressed and guide them toward a productive outcome. One more thing worth mentioning: The workshop was a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

All in all, a well-rounded experience! + Good communication, preparation, and organization by the office management both before and after the seminar (key point: questions about exam registration) + First-class and well-equipped facilities, amenities, and accessibility + Very good training materials with minor deductions in the B grade (some exercises were outdated, minor typos and formatting errors); the workbook was an enormous help for the training as well as the subsequent exam preparation + Very good trainer; USP: broad additional knowledge that was repeatedly woven into the course (e.g., connections to ITIL and DevOps) and practical examples + exciting networking opportunities with other participants Overall grade: very good; I would definitely take additional training courses through Serview.

In terms of content, the training was very good (though I can’t really evaluate it until after the exam). From a teaching perspective, I would have liked more variety than three days of lecture-style instruction—practical exercises were almost entirely absent. I found organizing lunch to be time-consuming, complicated, and exhausting.

I would like to thank you once again for the hands-on seminar and the examples provided during the seminar. The instructor always paid close attention to the participants and addressed everyone’s questions in a focused and targeted manner. The reasons why a particular question should be answered correctly or incorrectly in a given context were always explained clearly. This seminar prepares you perfectly for the exam.
