The Process: From a Buzzing Atmosphere to the Perfect Service Management Tool
Your goal: To select the tool solution that’s the perfect fit for your organization—not just technically, but also on a human level—from among the more than 450 tool vendors worldwide. That’s why the SERVIEW TOOL MEETUP is structured like speed dating for your business. Leading global vendors will present their service management solutions to you, highlight their advantages and unique features, and be available to answer your questions in person.
To do this, you’ll join a roundtable discussion with the vendor of your choice during each of the six time slots, known as “sessions.” In just 45 minutes, you’ll gain a concise overview of the respective IT or enterprise service management tool. Most importantly, though, you’ll get answers to the specific questions that are on your mind. Personal, up close, and without compromise. So here’s an important reminder:The better you prepare, the more you and your company will benefit from this unique format.
After three sessions, there will be a lunch break with catering, followed by three more sessions. To ensure you have the opportunity to speak with as many manufacturers as possible, it’s a good idea to split up the sessions among several colleagues.
