Excellent live online training, with a clear focus on the technical content, highlights of topics particularly relevant to the exam, and easily understandable real-world examples to help participants grasp the material beyond just theory. Good time management and a clear structure. Trainer Ermim has a very broad range of expertise and genuine professional experience in requirements engineering, which allowed many topics to be illustrated with practical examples rather than merely described in theoretical terms.

Since the content itself is very theory-heavy, it’s generally difficult to maintain focus throughout the entire session. The trainer did an excellent job here by incorporating regular and sufficient breaks to establish a good rhythm, and by effectively conveying the material through examples and explanations. The concept of chapter-based practice questions also worked well, helping participants stay focused and motivated. I can definitely recommend both the training and the trainer!

Even though it was a virtual classroom, I always found the training engaging. The instructor consistently kept us engaged, which made it much easier to stay focused. The pace could be a little slower. The breaks were perfect (I sometimes used them to quickly review topics).

The training itself was good. It could have been more interactive—for example, by using a case study that we could revisit throughout the individual lessons. I liked that we took so many short breaks; it helped me concentrate much better.

We had two enjoyable and productive days in Bad Homburg. Ermin did a great job guiding us through the material and brought the sometimes dry ITIL content to life with clear examples. The social program and the rooms at the hotel were also great. The only thing I missed at breakfast was plain oatmeal.
