Excellent training and preparation for the ITIL v3 Foundation exam. The training materials were outstanding, and the instructor is a true professional with a wealth of experience. The topics were explained clearly and supported by real-world examples; fortunately, there was no reliance on PowerPoint. The venue and on-site amenities were also of a very high standard. My conclusion: Highly recommended!

Perfect course, optimal exam preparation You couldn't ask for a better instructor. The food was perfect. Unfortunately, the facilities weren't. The restroom was dirty all week, the tables were too low, the chairs were uncomfortable, and the air in the room was terrible. We couldn't open the windows because it was noisy outside. Not feasible in the summer! I’d love a different location!! The instructor and training method couldn’t be better.

The training was outstanding in terms of both content and teaching methods. It was varied, grounded in practical experience, and there was plenty of time to discuss our own experiences. The only area where there’s room for improvement is the room environment (air quality, temperature). Other than that: hopefully we’ll see you again soon ;-).

The instructor couldn't have been better. Great way of presenting the material with practical examples. The training in Munich at the ptm offices has one drawback: the rooms aren't very appealing—it's noisy when the windows are open and stuffy when they're closed. The chairs aren't really comfortable.

If you happen to attend a one-day seminar on the day they serve a vegetarian lunch, that’s either bad luck or poor planning. The plate of Turkish rice dish was a bit meager. Unfortunately, even during the breaks, the snacks were always already gone—taken by another group—and weren’t restocked. That makes you wonder whether you shouldn’t take future seminars with other providers who are known for better catering.

The course was a lot of fun. With six participants, the group was the ideal size, and the focus was evenly split between IREB and Agile. The course materials were very well prepared, aside from one or two minor details. The trainer’s practical approach and broad range of experience—including with other methodologies—enriched the discussions, which had ample time to unfold thanks to the group size. The concept of working with flip charts was ideally suited to this training and was implemented very effectively by the trainer. The location, NH Hotel Messe Riem, was excellent. The refreshments—including coffee, tea, light snacks, and a lunch buffet—were top-notch. I would be happy to attend another training session with Serview.

The topic was well presented and explained in an easy-to-understand way. Unfortunately, the practical section was too brief. The exam itself is full of pitfalls, so you should read the questions carefully. Serview Bad Homburg offers a great all-around service for participants, including coffee, tea, cold drinks, and snacks—ranging from fruit and candy to savory bites. The only real letdown was lunch. They should reconsider their caterer.

The same symbols—such as arrows or rectangles—can have completely different meanings depending on the context. It is not clearly defined what the symbols used in the graphics mean. 2. Point of criticism: The trainer was good, but I felt he needed a little more expertise to be considered very good.

The instructor livened up the material—which was at times quite dry and heavily theoretical—with numerous practical examples. Without them, the three days would have been truly exhausting. My preparation for the exam through self-study was limited. In the end, I still passed the exam with ease. Unfortunately, there were a few points where the theoretical material—while becoming more applicable and thus more practical based on my own experience—didn’t actually become any clearer for the IREB exam. In my opinion, however, this only shows that this seminar lays the theoretical foundation, but its practical usefulness will only become apparent through one’s own application.

Von mir bekommen die drei Tage bei serview eine Bestnote. Die Location war der optimale Ort um das Lernen und die anschließende Prüfung best möglichst zu realisieren. Ich war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise von Ablauf, Organisation, den Mitarbeitern vor Ort und der Bewirtung begeistert. Das Boarding House ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Dem Dozent gebe ich auch die volle Punktzahl. Er beherschte es sehr gut den Inhalt zu vermitteln und vor allem sich streng an das Workbook zu halten, ohne langes Abschweifen und uns somit in der knappen Zeit alle erfordelerlichen Inhalte zu vermitteln. Die Atmosphäre war sehr gut und trotz einer großen Teilnehmergruppe konnten wir gemeinsam eine lockere aber zielgerichtete Lernzeit verbringen. Im vergleich zu meinem bisherigen vergleichbaren Seminar Anbieter hat das Serview Seminar meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich habe die Prüfung erfolgreich abgeschlossen..
