The instructor explained the material very clearly, using many examples and maintaining a good structure. The pace was comfortable—not too fast and not too slow. It was fun to listen to, and I already feel well-prepared for the exam. We received several helpful study materials.

A very good training session—despite the large amount of information, it was very well organized and conducted. It was always interesting. She also always provided plenty of interesting and helpful examples and additional information. I’ve attended several service training sessions, and this was the best one so far. I would recommend Katja anytime. In general, I think there’s too much information for just two days.

The course was never boring, and even though it covered a lot of material, the instructor, Katja Bilsing, always presented the content in a way that made it easy to understand. Using the excellent course materials, she repeatedly provided helpful tips for the exam. You never felt overwhelmed or bored; rather, it felt like time flew by. The review of what we’d learned using the exam questions at the end of the course demonstrated just how effectively the material had been taught. I highly recommend this course, as I’ve rarely experienced such a high-quality course—both in terms of the instructor and the materials—in this format before.

The training provided an excellent overview of the fundamental values and methods of agility. The trainer presented the material in an authentic and engaging way. My only criticism is that there was a strong emphasis on precise terminology—at times during the training, but especially during the exam. In my opinion, memorizing vocabulary doesn’t really help you become more agile.

The training was very interesting, and I was able to take away a lot for my project work. The content was very well presented, and the materials and technology in the training room really supported the learning process. Katja always addressed our questions thoughtfully and was able to engage all of us effectively. She provided many practical examples, and her pace was just right. I’ve never had a trainer before with whom I had so much fun during the training while also gaining so much valuable knowledge. I would definitely take another training course with Katja anytime!! The various exercises and group work helped me really internalize the entire subject matter. Thanks to Katja’s approach, I had a lot of fun during the training and looked forward to coming back every day. The facilities at Serview also made for a very pleasant stay. I would recommend that everyone book an in-person training session. It was by far the best training session I’ve attended so far, and I’d love to come back!

The course material was structured very effectively from a pedagogical standpoint, and her tips on exam-relevant questions were invaluable. The two-day PRINCE2 Foundation course was very engaging and provided a lot of valuable information. There was no time to sit back and relax. The dynamic mix of course content, exercises, sharing personal experiences, role-playing, and feedback sessions made the time fly by. Katja, as an Agile trainer, delivered a flawless and professional performance. The training facilities, meals, and built-in recreational activities provided by SERVIEW are unparalleled. I felt like part of a big family. However, I’m deducting one star because I specifically chose an in-person training and ended up in a hybrid format. Unfortunately, the participants joining via teleconference were, at times, merely a side note. Which is a real shame in an Agile environment. Many thanks to everyone, and keep up the great work…

The online course covers a wide range of concepts and topics. However, the connections between them and the big picture are explained very clearly. The course materials are excellent, and the course is well-structured from start to finish. The instructor makes the course very engaging and interesting; she is very confident and knowledgeable about the subject matter and is responsive to participants’ questions and requests. A Great Workout Despite the Pandemic November 9, 2020

Due to the pandemic, I had to switch from an in-person session to a virtual classroom. This format presents unique challenges for both participants and, in particular, the trainers, because technical issues can arise and audiovisual feedback is limited or sometimes completely absent. Katja handled these issues brilliantly and still got us up to speed on SCRUM. I have little hesitation about taking the official exam on this topic soon. What I actually missed a bit with this format was interacting with other participants—for example, during the lunch break—but that’s not the trainer’s fault. Another minor issue for me was working on the workbook on the iPad (using the native app, not Adobe). To do that, I first had to convert the document so that changes could be saved.

A very successful event that provided a relatively large amount of information in too short a time. My expectations were fully met, any ambiguities were cleared up, and approaches for applying Prince2 in daily work were established. It remains to be seen which aspects of Prince2 (all or none) will be implemented in the company. The exam was challenging, and the time allotted was tight. Here and there, it was a bit difficult to visualize how the topics are applied in practice. The instructor was great and, whenever possible, illustrated the theoretical content with practical examples.
