Excellent ITIL® Version 5 Foundation Training at SERVIEW! The training was clearly structured, practical, and very well organized. I’d especially like to highlight Kim Messingen—she presented the material in a way that was easy to understand, motivating, and filled with real-world examples. It was clear that she truly mastered the subject matter and enjoyed sharing her knowledge. The workbook and materials were well-organized and provided excellent support for learning. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we could ask questions at any time. Overall, this is a highly recommended training course. Anyone looking to take the ITIL Version 5 Foundation course is in excellent hands at SERVVIEW—and especially with Kim Messingen.

Although the ITIL training was booked for us participants as a mandatory event without any context, and we all went into it with rather modest expectations and in a less-than-enthusiastic mood, Kim’s friendly manner managed to engage everyone and encourage our active participation. She gave us plenty of breaks and room for discussion, allowing us to share our personal experiences and gain insight into what works well—or not so well—for us. Thanks to Kim, the training left a positive impression despite the rather dry subject matter, and I feel motivated to apply what I’ve learned to my work.

I really enjoyed the course. Even though the subject matter is rather dry, Kim structured the course very well and presented the material in a very knowledgeable way. She was excellent at answering questions and didn’t lose her train of thought even when we asked follow-up questions; she was able to pick up where she left off and continue the course. I’d be happy to take it again.

I thought the training session with Kim earlier this week was excellent in every way. Kim was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable; she addressed all my questions, presented the material in an engaging way, and managed the time very well. I felt well-prepared for the exam. My only wish would have been for a wider range of practice exam questions from PeopleCert. Thank you very much for the training!
