Nancy is a very pleasant instructor and made the training very interesting. The pace was just right—not too fast. She also included many practical examples to help the participants better understand the material. Personally, I really liked the psychological aspect that was incorporated into the training. Combining the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles into a single course was a smart decision. Both perspectives complement each other—those who understand both roles work together much more effectively in practice. The training materials are well-structured, clear, and directly tailored to the exam requirements. The practice exams helped me recognize typical patterns of thinking in the exam: “What does the Scrum Guide say—not what I do in practice?” This shift in mindset is the real learning outcome. I’d especially like to highlight Nancy as the facilitator: She conveyed complex concepts precisely and with real-world relevance, answered questions competently at all times, and created an atmosphere where participants felt comfortable asking for clarification. Her style is direct, engaging, and technically to the point—exactly what you need in an exam preparation course. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a direct path to PSM I and PSPO I.
