I really liked it: The instructor was knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor, always engaged with the participants whether in person or remotely; the session was entertaining and focused, with all the theory illustrated with practical examples. The Leading SAFe 6.0 in-person training course was very structured and clearly organized. To be honest, I had already braced myself for a dry, boring training session. Endless slides, monotonous voices, coffee as my only salvation. But then came the surprise: Instead of boredom, there were practical examples taken straight from real life, plus plenty of humor and energy. We tried things out, discussed them, and before I knew it, the time was up. In the end, I not only gained new knowledge but also walked away with a certificate in my pocket. Bottom line: You did everything right. Dear Sebastian, I’m looking forward to the next training session with you. Someone who was there.

The conditions for in-person training at Serview in Bad Homburg were excellent. Accommodations, meals, and recreational activities (e.g., bar, entertainment options) were great. The seminar rooms, including the technical equipment, were very appealing and functional. All Serview staff were courteous and helpful. The trainer was competent and always able to provide well-informed answers, even on challenging topics. Good time management. Good training materials. The training is highly recommended.

The two-day training session was incredibly interesting, engaging, and informative. At no point did I feel like it was getting boring or that I needed to distract myself with something else. An engaging presentation combined with opportunities to think for myself. Very enjoyable, and I hope it will be successful as well. A note regarding the materials: It would be helpful to ensure that the presentation slides and the documentation—that is, the workbook—are consistent in terms of capitalization. Verbs are generally written in lowercase. I found the switching between German and English terms to be tiring. It would be nice to standardize this—either all German or all English. I’d love to attend again—a great seminar that deserves an extra star, if such a thing existed.

The trainer explains the material very well. A little more interactivity and engagement with the participants would improve the experience, especially considering that attending an online class for 8 hours is somewhat more challenging than being in a physical classroom. Perhaps some short case studies or examples to be solved together with other participants in a few small breakout sessions (for those online and those in the classroom, since it was a hybrid training session). Otherwise, it was a useful training session, and the trainer was very patient and helpful, answering all of the participants’ questions. Thank you.

The trainer used data and other supporting materials to explain his lessons. During the lessons, he made them very interactive and built the participants’ confidence to contribute their knowledge and understanding of the topic. Throughout the course, he explained the nature of the problem at hand and why and how it is important to solve it. All topics were covered and well explained. At the end of the training, he prepared us for the exam using sample questions and explained the significance of the questions and why the answers were as they were.
