There was a lot of material, but it was well-suited for the two-day course. If you actively participated, you were always well-prepared and could follow along without any major problems. It’s good that a sample exam was provided for practice. It would have been nice to have a total of two or three so that we could practice answering different types of questions.

The training itself was very good. It was to the point and well-structured for an online course. Improvements needed in the materials provided: All documents were individually wrapped in plastic. Four different plastic sleeves. Not very sustainable. And the online version cannot be annotated on a tablet. If this isn’t technically possible, please note in advance that it is not suitable for use on tablets.

The in-person seminar was great, both in terms of content and the instructor. It provided an excellent overview of Scrum and then delved deeper into the specifics of the Product Owner role. However, it never felt “dry”; instead, it was always practical and helpful. The materials provided were very helpful both during the seminar and for exam preparation, so that—with the right amount of studying and preparation—passing the exam was no problem. Thank you very much again.

The training was very well structured and took place in a pleasant learning environment. One particularly positive aspect was that the Scrum course was structured as a Scrum development process. This allowed participants to directly experience what it means to apply Scrum and helped them retain the material better. The training provided optimal preparation not only for the exams but also for real-world work as a Scrum Master or Product Owner. Many practical examples were incorporated, and the trainer drew on extensive experience to answer practical questions using concrete case studies. The trainer was also very well prepared and delivered the material in an engaging manner without rushing, ensuring there was enough time to address any open questions. The workbook approach helps ensure that you can retain the core content effectively and permanently. The workbooks are also very useful as reference materials afterward. The practice exam sheets for exam preparation contain original Scrum.org exam questions and are very helpful for passing the exam. Overall, a very successful course—both in terms of content and methodology!

Even though I’m not a fan of lecture-style teaching, Serview has developed a good approach with this format for certification preparation. Working through countless flip-chart pages together is certainly a challenge—and not just for the instructor—but it allowed me to retain what I learned much more effectively. In our course, however, there were still numerous questions about practical topics. Nevertheless, we still had some time left for a few (estimation) exercises, making it an all-around successful event. Thanks to Tino, who contributed significantly to our learning success with his calm demeanor and professional expertise (and also to the ladies who ensured the perfect setting with snacks and more).

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, The training over the three days was good. The material was presented well and at a good pace. The instructor addressed questions and was able to answer them. The overall atmosphere was good, as was the support provided. The course materials were very well prepared and effectively supported the delivery of the course content. However, the questionnaires should be reviewed again, as both contained some “round” checkboxes where square ones should have been. I myself did not pass the Scrum Master and Product Owner exams. Online exam, multiple-choice questions, in English 81.3% on the Scrum Master exam; the passing score was 85% 82.5% on the Product Owner exam; the passing score was 85% I followed the instructor’s advice and went through the online questions until I scored 100%, reviewing each questionnaire four times. I’m also very confident that I correctly understood the material that was taught and can apply it. But since my English isn’t the best, I probably wasn’t able to translate everything perfectly and therefore made a few mistakes. From this, I’ve learned that Scrum exams based on “scrum.org” (in English) are no longer an option for me. And that next time, I’ll look for other training providers that administer the exams themselves and do so in German (e.g., TÜV Süd). Nevertheless, I can recommend Serview as a training provider. Friendly, well-trained staff in a good and productive environment. I may continue to use Serview if the exams are in German and, ideally, are part of the seminar rather than having to be taken online on their own.
