Hi, I did find the seminar quite exhausting, because I’m no longer used to cramming for 8 hours a day. But the instructor created a really good atmosphere, and the hotel did its part (good food during the breaks) to make it a successful seminar. The seminar was well-prepared and conducted professionally. The trainer has in-depth knowledge and practical experience in implementing ITIL projects. No question went unanswered. The handouts and materials were up to date. I found the use of the flip chart in conjunction with the workbook to be very effective. Here, the trainee is still king—everything is perfect, from the organization and accommodations to the location and the way knowledge is imparted. I really enjoyed the seminar, not only because of the trainer himself, but also because of his in-depth knowledge of ITIL, the course materials, the facilities, and the atmosphere that Serview provided. The fact that the presentation wasn’t based on PowerPoint slides—and was therefore developed on the spot during the session—suited my learning style very well. The course sparked my interest in learning more about ITIL, which is a positive experience for me. Of course, I didn’t become a specialist after just one Foundation course, but I can now understand the concepts, tasks, and processes much better.
