We are pleased to announce that SERVIEW now offers two new flexible training options that allow you to plan your training participation with even greater flexibility. The new options—Premium and Basic—are designed to meet your needs and give you more control over your training schedule.
1. Premium Option: With the Premium Training Flex Option, we offer you the opportunity to cancel your training session free of charge via email up to one hour before it begins, or to reschedule it once to a later date. In the event of a cancellation, you’ll receive a full refund of your course fees, minus a Flex fee. This option is ideal for those who need maximum flexibility due to their dynamic work schedules.
2. Basic Option: With the Basic Training Flex Option, you can reschedule your participation to a later date once, free of charge, by email up to 24 hours before the training begins. Please note that cancellation is not possible in this case, and the Flex fee is non-refundable. This option offers you flexibility if you are unsure whether you will be able to attend on the scheduled date.
Both options can be easily selected during the booking process, allowing you to tailor your training reservation to your personal needs.
