- A permanent, full-time position

That's why you get up every morning
- Through consulting and personalized coaching, you inspire our client organizations to position themselves for success. In doing so, you draw on a wide range of experience and best practices to find tailored solutions.
- You analyze customer requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. You help ensure that coordination between processes is implemented optimally and are a fearless advocate for agile, lean, and reliable IT.
- You will develop and optimize business processes, contribute your ideas, and coach teams and individual employees.
- In your projects, you contribute to our clients’ business success with passion and expertise—day in and day out.
- You inspire our clients’ employees in their projects through hands-on training and take pleasure in sharing new knowledge that helps them implement projects successfully and sustainably.

- Drive: You bring passion and enthusiasm to the table, speak your mind honestly, and are truly eager to make a difference. You enjoy taking on new tasks, topics, and challenges.
- Project Experience: You have already worked on projects at one or more companies and understand what makes projects successful, or you are interested in entering this exciting field.
- Communication Skills: Youhave a knack for inspiring others and explaining complex concepts in an understandable way. You confidently identify any resistance and have the tact to turn it into a willingness to cooperate.
- Proactive Thinking: You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a focus on the customer.
- Expertise: Ideally, you already have some experience with Scrum and ITIL® or other certifications related to business processes or project management. But certifications aren't a must—if you're a good fit for us, we'll personally get you ready for the job!
- Flexibility and a willingness to travel: Excellent German and English language skills, as well as a strong willingness to travel, are a given for you, as we advise international teams and organizations throughout Germany.
