- Customer Focus: Analyze our customers' needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and boldly implement the best solutions.

- Language Skills and Willingness to Travel: Excellent German and English language skills, as well as a willingness to travel, since you will be training and advising international teams throughout Germany.
- Expertise: Ideally, you already have some Scrum, ITIL®, or other certifications related to business processes or project management. However, certifications aren’t a must—if you’re a good fit for us, we’ll personally get you ready for the job!
