An Overview of the Five Scrum Events

At the start of each sprint, the team works with the Product Owner to plan what will be implemented and how it will be achieved. During this process, the sprint goal is defined and the sprint backlog is created. Daily Scrum (Daily Stand-up)
A short, daily team meeting (15 minutes) to discuss the current status:- What has been accomplished since yesterday?
- What's on the agenda today?
- Are there any obstacles?
The Daily promotes personal responsibility, coordination, and the rapid exchange of insights.
- Sprint Review
At the end of the sprint, the team presents the product increment they have developed. Stakeholders provide feedback, the Product Owner decides whether to accept it—and the Product Backlog is updated. - Sprint Retrospective
This event is designed to continuously improve collaboration. The team reflects on what went well, what could be improved—and agrees on specific actions for the next sprint.
