Excellent training with a friendly and knowledgeable instructor

The online training with Andrea was a lot of fun and very informative. The theoretical content covered during the two training days was supplemented with group work. The results of these exercises were discussed and refined where necessary. The training materials and slides are very clear and can be used perfectly as a reference guide afterward. Thank you again for the two great days of training!

Great In-Person Training

Our professionally diverse group consisted of experienced colleagues who were a bit underchallenged on the first day. It’s possible that, due to their fast-paced daily routines, the participants didn’t fully grasp the opportunity to approach the training in a relaxed manner. On the second day, we agreed with the trainer that each participant in the small group would present a use case. Working together, identifying pain points, and the trainer’s excellent coaching created an exceptional learning atmosphere. We are currently setting up a follow-up program across departments because we want to sustain the added value of the training on an ongoing basis. Overall, the in-person session—with its mix of shared breaks, brainstorming, and lighthearted interludes—was ideal!

Great Workout—Presented in a Motivating Way

Hi Andrea, Thank you very much for the very motivating training and the helpful materials. I found the breakout sessions very invigorating, which is why it was a bit of a shame that the “flip charts” weren’t worked out collaboratively (e.g., with the person sitting next to you) but were often filled out by you on the board. Still, it was a really great product/training session. You really have an incredibly deep knowledge of the subject—kudos! Thanks, Burkhard
