The HUCAISM Professional certification is suitable for both beginners with no prior HUCAISM knowledge and experienced practitioners with a background in service management or ITIL. No specific technical AI knowledge is required to participate in the HUCAISM® Professional Training. A basic understanding of IT service management is recommended. ITIL Foundation certification or comparable knowledge is advantageous but not a mandatory requirement.
