Feedback on the ITIL V4 Computer Training (DSV & HVIT)

After my ITIL V4 CDS training with Radu, I was hoping he would lead the training this time as well—and my expectations were fully met. As usual, the topics were presented very well. His lively and laid-back manner kept me engaged throughout, despite the large amount of course material. The digressions into psychology were particularly helpful and lighthearted. Questions were always addressed and answered in a focused manner. I would book the exam in this format again in a heartbeat. As in previous training sessions, several participants requested a full-color workbook—which, of course, is not Radu’s responsibility.

An intense and great workout

I've already attended several intensive training sessions, and once again I was very satisfied with the overall package. The training—including the materials and meals—was great. I've had Radu as an instructor at an intensive training session before, and he has the perfect balance of professionalism and a healthy dose of humor when it comes to presenting the training content. I'm already looking forward to the next training session!

Excellent ITIL Course

The instructor was great. The presentation slides and the workbook are good. The hands-on approach—taking notes as we go—really helps the information stick. Plus, we regularly reviewed the material from the previous day. More time would be great, but I’m still feeling confident going into the ITIL exams. Ideally, I think it would be best if the service provider itself could administer the ITIL exams on-site on paper.
