The training with Nina was very insightful and engaging. She explained the course material thoroughly and in a clear, structured manner. Her use of practical, everyday examples helped make complex topics easier to understand and relate to. Modern rooms
Great food, treats, ice cream—everything you could want.
Arne knows how to make a dry subject come alive in a lively and colorful way.
Using practical examples that everyone can understand.
Okay, the equipment mentioned in the examples is, for some people—including me—complete nonsense :)
If needed or desired, I’d attend a training session there again anytime.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to apply ITL much in my work environment, but that's not the trainer's fault—it's down to the company's culture.
The trainer did a great job of presenting this rather dry topic in a fun and engaging way. He was a great guy—I'd always be happy to work with him again :)

We really enjoyed the training. The day was entertaining and informative. Thanks to the way the session was structured, I had a few “aha” moments that I hadn’t expected.
Alex walked into the room with incredibly positive and motivating energy—especially for a Monday. He fit right in with our relaxed group and hardly felt like an “outsider.” He was quick to respond to questions with a solution-oriented approach and was able to explain everything very clearly. If I’d known how great the day would be, I would have gotten out of bed this morning feeling even more motivated :D
We can wholeheartedly recommend the simulation—especially with Alex.

Thank you very much for the training, which was as professional as always, and for the perfect learning environment. The methodology and techniques worked flawlessly, and the trainer was friendly and knowledgeable. A major advantage is the option to stay overnight on-site. There, too—as always—the service was perfect.
There is one minor criticism, however. The scope of the training is too broad for the allotted time. Unfortunately, this leaves no time for the all-important exchange of experiences among participants, nor for in-depth questions and explanations. Four days would be a better choice.

I thought the training session with Kim earlier this week was excellent in every way. Kim was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable; she addressed all my questions, presented the material in an engaging way, and managed the time very well. I felt well-prepared for the exam. My only wish would have been for a wider range of practice exam questions from PeopleCert.

To be honest, I had already braced myself for a dry, boring training session. Endless slides, monotonous voices, coffee as my only salvation. But then came the surprise: Instead of boredom, there were practical examples taken straight from real life, plus plenty of humor and energy.
We tried things out, discussed them, and before I knew it, the time was up. In the end, I not only gained new knowledge but also walked away with a certificate in my pocket.
Bottom line: You did everything right.

The two-day training session was incredibly interesting, engaging, and informative.
At no point did I feel like it was getting boring or that I needed to distract myself with something else.
An engaging presentation combined with opportunities to think for myself.
Very enjoyable, and I hope it will be successful as well.
A note regarding the materials: It would be helpful to ensure that the presentation slides and the documentation—that is, the workbook—are consistent in terms of capitalization.
Verbs are generally written in lowercase. I found the switching between German and English terms to be tiring. It would be nice to standardize this—either all German or all English.
I’d love to attend again—a great seminar that deserves an extra star, if such a thing existed.

I really enjoyed the DSV training. It was extremely engaging, informative, and effective. Trainer Radu was always willing to listen to my questions and provided helpful answers every time. I’m certain that, with his energy, charisma, and expertise, he’s an absolute asset to Serview. He certainly was to me. Thank you very much, Radu!
The accommodations and meals were exemplary. It was also nice to get to know other members of the Serview team. Everyone placed a high priority on customer service and was extremely courteous and friendly. My special thanks go to Annabel Jäckel and the entire on-site service team.
I would recommend training the OOH hotline staff regarding the overnight service.

ITIL is usually extremely dry—or at least not exactly a thrilling read. But Radu turned it into an experience. The three days were very informative and, above all, never boring. That may also have been due to the cohesive group, both in-person and online. But Radu played the biggest part in the success. I’ve had many instructors throughout my career, but this is the first time I’ve made a point of remembering a name.
