Two ITIL 4 Managing Professional courses in one
This training covers two of the four required topic modules on the path to the coveted ITIL certification. The intensive training provides you with in-depth knowledge of the ITIL 4 topics “Create, Deliver & Support” (CDS) and “Direct, Plan & Improve” (DPI). In the process, you’ll quickly acquire all the knowledge needed to pass both official exams. An experienced SERVIEW trainer will explain all the key content of the dual module through dynamic dialogue with you. This hands-on, interactive approach will give you a comprehensive understanding of the ITIL value streams as well as essential planning and improvement concepts.
Because this training has been officially accredited by ITIL’s Official Accreditor (PeopleCert), you’ll be as well-prepared as possible for the two exams, which you can take on a date of your choice. After successfully completing the course, you’ll only need to complete the “Drive Stakeholder Value” (DSV) and “High Velocity IT” (HVIT) topic modules to achieve the certified ITIL 4 Managing Professional status.
Requirements
A prerequisite for this ITIL Practice Manager training is successful completion of the ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation course.
Exam Details
| Duration | 90 minutes per exam. There are two exams (CDS and DPI) per course. |
| Questions | 40 multiple-choice questions, each with 4 possible answers, only one of which is correct |
| More Information | To pass the exam, you must score 28 points (70%). The maximum score is 40 (100%). No reference materials are permitted. |
