Detailed and flexible

Uwe structured the training in a professional and detailed manner, emphasizing the key points, while remaining flexible and attentive to the participants' needs. This wasn't my first service training session, and it certainly won't be my last. Thank you very much.

Five entertaining, extremely informative, and therefore intensive days. Top-notch trainers. Be sure to keep the English training materials. Suggestions for improvement: - Make the training materials (workbook and practice exercises) available to participants 4 weeks IN ADVANCE - Color-coded practice exercises—especially important in the SVS model for readability - Alternatively, make the color PDF versions of the workbook and practice exercises available 4 weeks in advance so that participants can choose to print them in color beforehand - Require at least 2 participants even for guaranteed sessions, as discussion during the development of the charts in the workbook and the sample exam questions is a key component of the training - Go over exam questions during the course as part of preparation - Workbook -- Include references in the workbook to the sections of the original ITIL book / Practitioner Guidance -- Workbook Glossary of Terms: alphabetical, possibly with page references -- Workbook: Make the “How to Use this Workbook” section generally applicable and place it immediately after “About SERVIEW” -- Workbook: In “How to Use this Workbook,” “Sample Questions” can be removed, as it is no longer used -- Workbook: Place “Provide Feedback” immediately after “How to Use This Workbook” -- Workbook: Move “Keep in Contact” to the back cover instead of a separate page at the end of the workbook -- Workbook: Ensure consistency in titles and the progress bar -- Workbook: Use headings only once (do not repeat them on the even-numbered page) -- Workbook: Consider using an additional level of heading structure instead of headings in all capital letters -- Workbook: Make better use of page space, especially at the top, to avoid page breaks and consequently nearly blank pages - Practices: Add a table of contents and, if necessary, a progress bar

Nina conducted the training very well. She shared her knowledge with me in a transparent, clear, and vivid way. I feel very well prepared for the exam thanks to her. She also did a great job managing the schedule (starting on time, sticking to the course duration, and taking breaks). She addressed all my questions and provided valuable tips.
