Clear communication of the content and the reasoning behind it, making it easier to apply the concepts in practice. All of this is combined with humor and patience; the instructor also challenges participants by asking questions that test their prior knowledge, thereby helping them identify areas where they need to improve.

Live Online—Almost Like Being There

Well-founded and thinking outside the box

ITIl (DITS) training—just the way it should be: perfect!

Thank you to the entire SERVIEW team. The preparation was great! As always, the materials were nearly perfect. The technical setup was also excellent, since our course had participants both in person and online. A special thanks, however, goes to our trainer, Radu. He guided us expertly through three intensive days. It was never boring, especially because Radu drew on his seemingly inexhaustible wealth of experience to provide an example for every topic, which he was also able to explain clearly and understandably. Practical Knowledge Transfer

All content was always explained using practical examples. The focus here wasn’t just on conveying information, but on fostering an understanding of the material and thereby reinforcing the knowledge in a practical and lasting way. I’m deducting one star, however, because the workbooks unfortunately skimped on the color, which significantly simplifies some of the diagrams. It’s a shame, given that the training was otherwise flawless and engaging.
