A very professional training session with an outstanding trainer

The course has a very practical focus and involves completing several tasks in a project scenario through group work. Instructor Michael Baumann led the course with great expertise and addressed every question very thoroughly. During the group work sessions, he provided valuable insights that can be put to good use in practice later on, while never neglecting the focus on exam preparation. Overall, this is a very hands-on seminar designed to test and deepen the knowledge gained in a previous Foundation seminar by applying it to a corporate scenario across various project departments. I highly recommend this seminar!

A Good Supplement to the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation

Excellent training

Johannes is very experienced, knows all the details inside and out, and repeatedly quotes definitions, so that they are reinforced for memorization. The only area for improvement: Johannes could keep his explanations a bit shorter overall, so that less time is needed.

This was the best online training course I’ve ever taken. 1. The trainer was very knowledgeable and highly professional, and at the same time managed to convey a wealth of information to the participants in a fun way in a very short amount of time. 2. His prepared materials encouraged us to internalize the knowledge not only by listening but also by actively taking notes. 3. The trainer’s ongoing, active questions ensured that what we learned was truly understood. 4. Thanks to the “anchors” set by the trainer, we were able to internalize the most important points. Thank you very much for this great training session!

Excellent instruction on the practical application of PRINCE2 Agile

Building on the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation training, the Practitioner training that followed immediately afterward was very useful for immediate application. Here, too, Mr. Baumann did an excellent job of teaching the practical application of PRINCE2 Agile. I highly recommend this training! The 5-day in-person training was well worth it.

Very practical application

Scenario-based training is excellent for putting theory into practice. Two days is very little time for this training, which I consider more important than the Foundation Training. As a result, there wasn’t quite enough time dedicated to applying the tools. The exam preparation, on the other hand, was very good.

Training and Trainer Highly Appreciated

Dear all, Last week we attended the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner training. The trainer was very competent, and the training materials did an excellent job of covering the content and preparing us for the exam. A few points for improvement: - Having the book available in a timely manner (before the training begins) is essential for proper preparation and allows participants to complete their homework assignments. Our books didn’t arrive until the second day of the training. - If a second room isn’t needed for the training (due to a limited number of participants), it would be best not to request one. (We went through a lot of trouble to secure two rooms close to each other for the three days, but didn’t use the second room at all.) - Efficient planning of the homework (in our case, taking the pre-exam) would help the entire team get the most out of the training (some team members did the prep at home and others did not, which resulted in waiting time on the last day of training for those who had taken the pre-exam). - Some discussions on the practical implementation or case study for a project involving multiple teams using different methods (e.g., one team using Scrum, another using Kanban, and a third using standard, straightforward planning of deliverables) would greatly enhance the value of the training.

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course in 2018 was my second training session with Serview, following the PRINCE2 Practitioner course in 2013. Coming back was well worth it: Thanks to excellent training methods and materials, I was perfectly prepared for the certification exam, which I passed successfully. The accommodations and meals at the training center, as well as the on-site support, were also great. I definitely recommend Serview and will certainly return for another training course! Thank you very much!
