The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Training enables you to better align PRINCE2 processes with agile elements. You will learn in detail how the resulting hybrid project management method can be applied in practice.
The curriculum includes world-renowned best practices such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as the use of the Cynefin framework to determine the project approach and the adaptation of management tools in agile projects.

Requirements
To participate in the training, you must have successfully completed a PRINCE2 Agile Foundation course and received a certificate. The content of the PRINCE2® Agile Foundation training provides the technical foundation required to participate in the PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner training.
To ensure optimal preparation, we strongly recommend that participants brush up on their knowledge beforehand.
Note: Did you complete your PRINCE2 Agile Foundation or Practitioner training using Version 1, and do you have the corresponding Version 1 book?
If so, you’ll need the book “PRINCE2 Agile Version 2” to participate in the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner training (Version 2).
