You want to apply processes and methods within your department in a way that demonstrably adds value for your customers. In addition, your customers’ requirements should be implemented in projects in a planned, controlled manner and to a high standard of quality. In our simulations, you and your colleagues will learn about these topics and methods in a realistic and interactive way.

Based on the scenario of a given simulation, you will assume a role in which you must represent your interests. You will not act alone, but rather in groups that are assigned a specific profile. You must not only behave in accordance with your profile, but also engage with the specific interests and positions of other participants regarding the conflict or task at hand.

As a team, we’ll analyze the scenario and work with you to identify opportunities for improvement. We’ll also discuss what aspects of the scenario and the outcome were realistic and what you can apply to your business practices.

Our simulations:

• Apollo 13: You are working at the Mission Control Center in Houston, and your task is to bring the damaged Apollo 13 spacecraft and its crew safely back to Earth.
• Grab@Pizza: You work in the IT department of the world's largest pizza manufacturer and must organize your IT resources in a way that reduces operating costs while increasing revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• The Challenge of Egypt: As a project manager, you are responsible for organizing and planning the construction of the Pyramid of Cheops.
• The Phoenix Project: A major IT project is underway, and the company's success depends on your ability to bring together the various teams in the IT department using modern DevOps approaches.
• Ocean’s 99™: A major exhibition is overshadowed by a potential theft. Ensure that everything runs smoothly with a watertight security plan, and in the process, discover the many risks and pitfalls.
