Knowledge Presented in an Entertaining Way

August 19, 2023 |

Thank you very much for five informative and entertaining days. It was a perfect balance of knowledge transfer, humor, exam preparation, and breaks. The training rooms and meals were also excellent. The training was very enjoyable, yet thoroughly engaging and challenging. Thanks again to Radu!

An informative training session featuring some of the usual high-quality material

June 9, 2022 |

Hello! Overall, I am very satisfied with the DevOps Compact Training. The Fundamentals section, in particular, featured the usual excellent material in the form of the Serview workbook, and the trainer’s broad range of experience enriched the theoretical portion with several practical examples. Unfortunately, at the time of the training, only the accompanying material from PeopleCert.Org was available for the Leadership section, which I personally consider unacceptable. In addition to technical shortcomings in the presentation (slides and handouts), the way the information is presented is not comparable to the material in the Fundamentals workbook. Hopefully, the Serview workbook for the Leadership course will be released soon. I have two suggestions based on my experience in “both camps”—Dev & Ops: - Set up the Compact Course as a standalone course and “lighten” the Leadership section by removing the repetitions from the Fundamentals. Perhaps this would make an in-person exam possible again - A consistent case study—for example, on the further development of an existing IT service or a fancy iPhone app—could, in my opinion, provide an additional common thread. Many thanks to Sascha and the Serview team Best regards, TL

This isn't so much a review as it is a thank-you.

A highly competent, empathetic trainer and a fascinating topic. Five productive days, by the end of which participants are sure to be passionate about the subject. The training content is well-structured and closely linked to real-world examples. Thank you very much for this valuable and personally enriching experience.

The "DevOps Compact" training course was exceptionally well conducted. The instructor was highly competent in terms of subject matter expertise, teaching skills, and analyzing the learning group. I really enjoyed it and would book another training course anytime.
