PRINCE2 Program Management
With a well-developed program management (MSP) approach from the PRINCE2 training family, you can successfully navigate any transformation process! In this two-day MSP training course, you’ll lay the foundation for successful change projects and processes in your organization.
In the MSP 5th Edition Foundation course, you will learn how to manage strategic change programs—which consist of many interdependent projects—in a measured and deliberate manner and achieve the desired results. You will master the fundamentals of the methodology and develop an understanding of its processes, principles, and terminology.
All course content related to Managing Successful Programs will be taught by one of our certified trainers.
