PRINCE2 Program Management
Successfully manage complex transformation processes in a structured way, supported by the methods of the PRINCE2 training family! In this five-day training course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of MSP 5th Edition and become an expert in its practical application and implementation.
This MSP training course combines two engaging modules: MSP Foundation and MSP Practitioner. In the MSP Foundation module, you’ll first learn the fundamentals of this powerful and versatile change framework. Along the way, you’ll benefit from the exciting possibilities offered by the SERVIEW workbook approach.®, which presents the training content in a clear, entertaining, and interactive way.
In the second section, the MSP Practitioner, you’ll immediately move on to practical application: Together with one of our certified trainers and the other participants, you’ll work on real-world scenarios. In the process, you’ll learn about and experience the roles and functions of MSP, gain an overview of the big picture, and deepen the knowledge you acquired in the Foundation course. This will ensure you’re optimally prepared for the official MSP certification exams.
