The Leading SAFe training course provides a detailed overview of the globally used Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its underlying principles, such as Lean, systems thinking, agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. You will develop a deeper understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and acquire the necessary tools to lead a Lean-Agile transformation in your organization.

For a SAFe Live online training course, all you need is a workspace with a stable internet connection, a headset, and a webcam—and the whole world of professional development is open to you! During the training, you’ll work through all the course material together with an experienced SERVIEW trainer in a dynamic dialogue.
You can log in at any time to ask questions or discuss topics with other course participants, just as if you were all together in a real classroom.
