Live Online Methodology
Do you have a workspace with an internet connection, a webcam, and a headset? Perfect—because that’s all you need for this innovative Scrum training! With this equipment, you’ll be all set for a live online training session from your home computer, where you’ll have access to all the same features as an in-person training session. You’ll receive all other resources—such as the SERVIEW Workbook, various training materials, and helpful reading—via email before the training begins.
You’ll work through all the content of the Scrum training with one of our certified SERVIEW trainers. You can ask questions at any time, exchange ideas with other participants, and discuss the material just as if you were there in person. Of course, we’ll be using the unique SERVIEW Workbook Principle®. This approach fosters learning success through fun, individualized support, and a strong focus on practical application—it doesn’t get any better than this!

What You'll Learn in the Agile Leader Training Course
On the agile journey, you yourself become the starting point for change. All you have to do is get started! In the Agile Leader training, you’ll learn how to use your vision for the future, your mindset, and your leadership skills to inspire greater creative freedom and personal responsibility in your employees—and thereby arrive at innovative solutions at a rapid pace.
Target Audience for the Agile Leader Training
The three-day Agile Leader Training is designed for executives and individuals in leadership roles who want to better understand agility and reflect on and improve their own approach to leadership in an agile context. You will learn when and where agile leadership can be effectively applied and discover the agile leadership philosophy for yourself. In the process, you’ll deepen your understanding of your role and develop confidence in using agile leadership tools. You’ll learn through interactive, hands-on activities with our qualified trainers and fellow participants, so you can put your newly acquired skills into practice right away.

To participate in the training, you must have one of the following certifications:
- Agile Foundation (ICO-Cert)
- Professional Scrum Master 1 (scrum.org)
- Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance)
- PeopleCert Product Owner 1 (PeopleCert)
- Professional Scrum Product Owner 1 (scrum.org)
- Certified Product Owner (Scrum Alliance)
- SAFe® 5 Agilist (Scaled Agile Ltd.)
- ICO Scrum Foundation (ICO-CERT)
Exam Details
| Duration | 90 minutes You can take the online exam at a time of your choosing after the training session. |
