ITSM Simulation "Apollo 13" — A Simulation for ITIL
Deepen your practical ITSM skills in this exciting space mission—and save the crew of Apollo 13!
In this interactive service management simulation, you’ll take on the role of the Mission Control Center in Houston. To successfully complete the mission and rescue your crew following a fuel tank explosion, you must align your service processes so that excellent problem-solving and proactive trajectory corrections are possible at all times. This will give you in-depth insights into effective service management in just one day. Practices based on the proven IT Service Management Framework are also covered. This allows you to experience firsthand how you can implement and improve processes in a concrete way. You’ll work with your own team, receive direct feedback, and improve not only your processes but also your communication in a practical, hands-on manner.
