Very good training

The instructor was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful in providing real-life examples, which made the learning experience engaging and informative. As a suggestion, it would have been helpful to include exercises in the course to help prepare for the certification exam. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Great seminar in a pleasant atmosphere

The seminar was very well-rounded. The two trainers were very dedicated and presented the theoretical material in an engaging way, using many practical examples and discussions. Time just flew by. Serview’s organization is professional. The hybrid event went off without a hitch. The materials were excellent, and the location was fantastic and modern, with plenty of amenities such as ice cream, snacks, table soccer, a bar, a cafeteria, overnight accommodations, a terrace, and more... All in all, highly recommended!

Good seminar

A very interesting seminar—the instructor did a great job conveying the material. It was great to have a second instructor there; the two of them sometimes played off each other. That way, we benefited from both of their expertise, and it helped lighten the mood a bit during the training. The training rooms and meals are great! The technical equipment is top-notch. However, I’m not a big fan of the way the tables are arranged, since it’s uncomfortable to sit at an angle for several days.

Good Training / Bad Translation

This is the third time I've taken part in the online live training. Previously, the training sessions were conducted in German with English materials. This time, the materials were also in German. Some of the translations were still poor, which caused some confusion. However, the trainer always handled this well by explaining the terminology, correcting it, or reading it aloud in English. In the future, I would improve the translation or, alternatively, send out the workbook in both languages.

Excellent instructor and training

A very good training session with a small group of participants. The instructor presented the material professionally and in a way that was very easy to understand, and provided a good overview of the key points. I highly recommend it.
