I really enjoyed the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner seminar at Serview. The instructor had a deep understanding of the subject matter, addressed each participant individually, and created a pleasant, motivating atmosphere. I feel well-prepared for the exams and would definitely recommend the course.

Structured Preparation for PRINCE2

The PRINCE2 Compact training course provided a clear and structured overview of the method. The content was presented in an easy-to-understand manner, and the balance between theory and practical examples was well-adjusted overall. While hybrid training is generally a bit challenging, it was handled quite well in this case. For the Practitioner exam, even more specific preparation for typical question formats and exam requirements would have been helpful. Overall, this was a solid training course that lays a good foundation for applying PRINCE2.

Review: Prince2 7 Compact Course, Week 45

Michael Baumann delivered the Prince2 7 Compact Course exceptionally well through an excellent blend of structure, practical relevance, and sound methodology. The clear organization makes the course material easy to follow, and each section builds logically on the previous one. The practical examples are particularly compelling; they make complex principles tangible and facilitate their application to real-world projects. The course content is concise and focused on the essentials, without neglecting important details. The only minor criticism concerns the time allocation for the practical case studies in the Practitioner module, as each exercise took longer than planned. In summary, it was a very effective intensive course that offers structure, practical relevance, and a clear mental model. It’s ideal for working confidently and competently with PRINCE2 while ensuring that what you’ve learned is firmly retained.

The training session with Katharina was very enjoyable. She explained the training material very well and in a way that was easy to understand. Katharina was responsive to my individual needs. I thought it was really special that we went ahead with the second training session even though I was the only participant. Again, Katharina went through all the material with me, and we were able to identify areas where I still needed improvement. It was also very pleasant to talk to Katharina about our experiences. I can only thank her once again for the excellent training.

Great Workout

A lot of content and theory, but it was explained and presented very well. With the Practitioner course right after, you get even more examples and a scenario to help you better visualize the theory. Good informational materials and practice exercises. A very helpful and friendly instructor—you could ask her anything.

Top Coach - Room for Improvement: Documentation

Andreas did a great job running the seminar: he’s a good speaker who knows how to teach people complicated things. The only downside is that the handouts and materials contain many errors—primarily in nearly all the flowcharts, in the wording of the exam questions, and even some incorrect answers, even though multiple answers may be correct and the “more correct” one must be chosen. Unfortunately, this is pretty tricky in a single-choice exam. Conclusion: Top-notch trainer, materials with room for improvement

Top-Notch Instructors, Inexpensive Materials

We were fortunate to have Mr. Lehmann as the trainer for our course and were able to benefit from his outstanding expertise. His clear delivery and absolute confidence in handling the material contributed significantly to our learning success. Unfortunately, however, I must note that the quality of the training materials (learning kit) in no way matched the trainer’s high standard. Given the price charged, the materials are disappointing. The document was provided only in printed form and in black and white, which is extremely problematic given the colored charts and tables it contains. In addition, some of the flowcharts contained significant errors. I won’t even begin to list the minor errors that crept into the materials here, as that would go beyond the scope of this review. Overall, it would be desirable for the quality of the training materials to be brought in line with the trainers’ high level of expertise in the future.

A good performance with significant deductions in the program component score

A friendly, competent trainer Inadequate training materials: Given the price charged, one would expect the materials to be provided in color! (Especially since the training involves using color legends on the slides.) The black-and-white printouts of the materials (which are also of poor quality) are extremely disappointing.

Thomas did a great job of presenting the material, and the training gave me a lot of structure for my projects. The content is generally a bit superficial, but that’s because the training only lasted two days. I highly recommend this training to everyone.

Sebastian was always completely confident and knowledgeable, no matter the time or when questions arose that went beyond the textbook. He conducted the training with a great deal of patience and dedication. I especially appreciated that he struck a good balance between social skills and knowledge, and he made me feel very comfortable during the training.
