Excellent live online training, with a clear focus on the technical content, highlights of topics particularly relevant to the exam, and easily understandable real-world examples to help participants grasp the material beyond just theory.
Good time management and a clear structure.
Trainer Ermim has a very broad range of expertise and genuine professional experience in requirements engineering, which allowed many topics to be illustrated with practical examples rather than merely described in theoretical terms.

Trainer Michael Baumann’s lessons were engaging, well-taught, and easy to follow, with practical examples to keep things interesting. The course material is well-structured and easy to understand. Having passed the exam today, I can say that, overall, the preparation for it was very successful thanks to the excellent training and course material.

Overall, the training was very interesting and technically sound. I’d especially like to highlight the trainer, who did an excellent job of mastering the major challenge of a hybrid training session—that is, one with both in-person and online participants. He knew how to engage both groups and convey the material clearly using appropriate examples.
Personally, I would have preferred a little less lecture-style instruction to allow for even more interactive elements and discussion during the training. However, this is less a reflection on the trainer himself and more a result of the structure of the training and exam format. Overall, it was a very good and informative experience that I can highly recommend.

Interesting and Effective Basic Training for IREP

Overall, this was a very well-structured and interesting training session. The various areas of requirements engineering were presented in a clear and well-integrated manner. In addition, the trainer’s many practical examples effectively complemented the theoretical knowledge and made the topics more tangible. The workbook was also a very helpful tool for focusing on the relevant content and taking notes. Thanks to regular breaks and exercises, the online format of the training was manageable and not too tiring. My only two suggestions for improvement would be, first, to incorporate group exercises into the training to encourage more interaction among the participants. Second, where possible, give participants the chance to work through the material using their own insights, rather than having the trainer simply present all the content. This would help the training content stick in their minds more effectively, and there would be less pressure to write everything down in the workbook as quickly as possible.
Overall, though, thank you for a great training session!

This was my second training session with Thomas, and I felt very well taken care of once again.
His pleasant and lively manner makes it very easy to follow the material; questions are answered directly within the context of the framework, and potential pitfalls are pointed out.

Overall, it was a very good training session to prepare for the IREB exam. The trainer explained everything very well and provided many examples.
It was my first hybrid training course. I was pleasantly surprised that the format worked so well. Still, in my opinion, as an online participant, you tend to hold back a bit because the in-person participants can simply interact with the instructor more quickly and effectively. Of course, this depends a lot on what kind of person you are, but in general, I had the impression that we online participants were less active than the in-person participants.

I’d like to share a few impressions as feedback:
Positive: Good seminar preparation with SharePoint access, handouts, and a meeting link
Positive: Good slides (well-animated, good color scheme, a video in between) -> Note: A few slides could use some editorial revisions (Q in the wrong place in the table, ...)
Positive: The trainer maintained a good pace.
Positive: Clear pronunciation, good volume.
Positive: Good examples (some a bit stereotypical :-) ).
Positive: Clear references to exam relevance
Positive: Prompt to "turn on video"
Positive: Spontaneous call-on questions
Room for improvement: Note break times/time for exercises in the chat or on a separate slide
All in all, it was a varied seminar—especially for an online training session

He conveys the material clearly and comprehensibly, making targeted use of illustrative examples that bring the subject matter to life and make it practical. The training was extremely well-organized and very informative, with flexible breaks and a well-paced learning schedule. One particularly positive aspect was the option to easily switch to a virtual format if someone became ill during the training. The food was also of high quality, and the boarding house provided pleasant and comfortable accommodations.
