Feedback on the Agile Foundation Training Course

I really enjoyed the training. Thomas’s presentation style was very engaging, and I was able to follow along easily. The structure and the scheduled breaks were communicated from the start, so it was easy to plan accordingly. In terms of content, the first day’s session on Scrum served as a good review for me, and on the second day, we covered new topics like Kanban and SAFe, which gave me a good overview of those concepts. The only thing: I think when it comes to Design Thinking, it really helps to try out this technique hands-on with an example—which is, of course, difficult in an online workshop. I also found the course materials for filling out and taking notes to be very helpful. All in all, I’m very satisfied and would like to thank you for the training!

Great workout!

Thomas gave an excellent introductory training session on Agile Foundations! The presentation was professional, yet relaxed and humorous. The mix of lecture and interaction—including the workbook to fill out—was just right. The slides were also very professional yet casual, and they were perfectly aligned with the workbook. The topics of Design Thinking and Kanban were perhaps a bit heavy on buzzwords, which is certainly due in part to the abstract nature of the subjects, but it might have been helpful to include an accompanying example for each, such as how they’re applied in a specific project. Overall, though, I’m very satisfied and learned a lot! Best regards, Florian

Enjoy Learning the Basics of Prince2 (Agile)

The training provided an excellent introduction to PRINCE2. Thanks to our trainer’s energy and expertise, combined with the motivation of all the participants, it was a lot of fun. In addition, the materials provided were well-suited for active participation and learning. I was also very pleased with the recommended reading list for further exploration of certain topics that couldn’t be covered in depth during the three-day course.

A good overview of agile practices, methods, frameworks, and work styles/culture

A good training session for filling in some gaps in my knowledge, reinforcing what I already knew in some areas, and generally helping me gain an overview. The trainer led the session at a brisk pace and provided excellent real-world examples, which I found particularly helpful.

A very good overview of the fundamentals of agility

The training provided an excellent overview of the fundamental values and methods of agility. The trainer presented the material in an authentic and engaging way. My only criticism is that there was a strong emphasis on precise terminology—at times during the training, but especially during the exam. In my opinion, memorizing vocabulary doesn’t really help you become more agile.

The training was very informative and very well presented. The fundamentals of Agile were covered in a very concise manner. The presentation style was very engaging, with clear slides and excellent communication from the trainer. Radu managed to convey the complex material in a very entertaining way, with great charm and a good sense of humor. The training materials are also very helpful. I will definitely recommend this course to others.
