Excellent live online training, with a clear focus on the technical content, highlights of topics particularly relevant to the exam, and easily understandable real-world examples to help participants grasp the material beyond just theory.
Good time management and a clear structure.
Trainer Ermim has a very broad range of expertise and genuine professional experience in requirements engineering, which allowed many topics to be illustrated with practical examples rather than merely described in theoretical terms.
Excellent ITIL® Version 5 Foundation Training at SERVIEW!
The training was clearly structured, practical, and very well organized. I’d especially like to highlight Kim Messingen—she presented the material in a way that was easy to understand, motivating, and filled with real-world examples. It was clear that she truly mastered the subject matter and enjoyed sharing her knowledge.
The workbook and materials were well-organized and provided excellent support for learning. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we could ask questions at any time.
Overall, this is a highly recommended training course. Anyone looking to take the ITIL Version 5 Foundation course is in excellent hands at SERVVIEW—and especially with Kim Messingen.

Despite the “dry subject matter,” there was maximum knowledge transfer in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
I would highly recommend Alex anytime. He conveys the material effortlessly using relatable examples from everyday life, is extremely attentive to the participants, yet always keeps an eye on the time and maintains a professional approach.

Radu kept the training very engaging, actively involved the participants, and responded very well to their needs and questions. We had actually planned an in-person training session but then switched to an online format. My impression was that there was too much content for a two-day online training session. The pace at which we covered the topics was appropriate at the beginning, but on the second day, it became clear that we were running out of time. Overall, the content was excellent and the trainer was very good, but for an online training session, it might be better to spread the content over three days. I’m not sure if we would have managed it better in terms of time management during an in-person training session.
The training was interactive, featured excellent examples, and was very practical. There was a good exchange of ideas, and the trainer was very knowledgeable and did a great job of conveying the information.
In my 15 years in IT, I’ve taken quite a few training courses (various technical courses, ITIL, Prince2, ISTQB, etc.), but this one was by far the best!
Radu is a natural entertainer. Despite the heat, the two days were a lot of fun, got us thinking, and in the end, everyone passed the exam with flying colors. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Thomas not only gave us a good overview of the Scrum principles, but also provided me with an eye-opening insight into the roles of the Scrum Master and Product Owner (and the skills we'll need to put them into practice). All of my initial questions were answered during the training.
Katharina is a highly competent and outstanding trainer who was able to combine subject matter expertise, practical relevance, and teaching skills. The training was varied and never boring, and it was also very valuable for exam preparation. I highly recommend her.

I completed the preparatory course at Serview the week before last and was very satisfied overall.
The instructors were very laid-back and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. The material was presented clearly, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
I participated remotely, and everything worked flawlessly from a technical standpoint—both the video quality and the audio were consistently very good. At the same time, I can easily imagine that attending in person (e.g., if you’re near Frankfurt) would also be worthwhile.
I particularly appreciated the varied structure of the classes, which included many group exercises. The provided materials were comprehensive and supportive of the learning process.
Overall, this is a highly recommended course that prepares you well for the exam.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Wollenhaupt for the excellent ITIL training. The material was presented in a very clear and structured manner. He explained even the more complex topics clearly and always took the time to answer questions in detail. This allowed me to follow and understand all the material very well.
Particularly noteworthy are his professional expertise, his engaging teaching style, and his dedication throughout the entire training. Thanks to his support, I felt thoroughly prepared for the exam. This made the exam much easier for me, and I was able to pass it successfully without any major difficulties.

I would definitely recommend it to solidify your understanding of PRINCE2 in the long term.
Instructor Michael Baumann explained the material clearly, tailored the session to our group and our individual needs, and answered all our questions competently.
At the training center in Bad Homburg near Frankfurt, we were able to focus entirely on the course and were well taken care of in every way.

The ITIL V5 Foundation training was very interesting and well-structured, but there was a lot of material to cover in just two days. I found the workbook very helpful for reviewing the content. What I didn’t like was that the exam and exam preparation materials aren’t available in German yet, so we received the English version instead of having the option to receive the German materials later.
Christian did a great job guiding us through the material. He helped us understand which topics corresponded to which learning groups. I also really appreciated that he was able to stick to the schedule very precisely, yet there was always time for questions and discussions.
Ms. Borgrebe’s presentation and facilitation skills, as well as her practical tips, were instrumental in helping me grasp the rather theoretical material and prepare for the exam in a focused manner. The training was truly valuable to me.
Alex approaches his presentations with a great deal of infectious enthusiasm.
You can tell that he is an expert in his field.
He enjoys sharing his practical experiences with us, thereby providing context for the course material.

Now that today marks the end of the 3-day online training course, I can only say that I am very satisfied. The training materials, slides, and sample exams are very comprehensive and presented in a clear and understandable way. They provide excellent support for my own exam preparation following the training. I feel well-informed about all organizational details and additional offerings, and I’d like to thank Alex for his wonderful leadership of this training. The presentation of the content, interaction with participants, and presentation style were exemplary and contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere during the training.
Combining the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles into a single course was a smart decision. Both perspectives complement each other—those who understand both roles work together much more effectively in practice. The training materials are well-structured, clear, and directly tailored to the exam requirements. The practice exams helped me recognize typical patterns of thinking in the exam: “What does the Scrum Guide say—not what I do in practice?” This shift in mindset is the real learning outcome.
I’d especially like to highlight Nancy as the facilitator: She conveyed complex concepts precisely and with real-world relevance, answered questions competently at all times, and created an atmosphere where participants felt comfortable asking for clarification. Her style is direct, engaging, and technically to the point—exactly what you need in an exam preparation course.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a direct path to PSM I and PSPO I.

Although the ITIL training was booked for us participants as a mandatory event without any context, and we all went into it with rather modest expectations and in a less-than-enthusiastic mood, Kim’s friendly manner managed to engage everyone and encourage our active participation. She gave us plenty of breaks and room for discussion, allowing us to share our personal experiences and gain insight into what works well—or not so well—for us.
Thanks to Kim, the training left a positive impression despite the rather dry subject matter, and I feel motivated to apply what I’ve learned to my work.

I really enjoyed the course. Even though the subject matter is rather dry, Kim structured the course very well and presented the material in a very knowledgeable way. She was excellent at answering questions and didn’t lose her train of thought even when we asked follow-up questions; she was able to pick up where she left off and continue the course. I’d be happy to take it again.
When I first thought of ITIL, I imagined a dry, drawn-out course. But Nina presented the topic in a really lively and practical way, and the time just flew by. I learned a lot.
I really enjoyed the training session. Alex is a great trainer who truly puts his heart into what he does. I’ve rarely had such a dedicated and engaging trainer at a training session. He actively involves the participants in the session and keeps you engaged with his lively style. Finally, a training session that doesn’t put you to sleep! I hope Alex keeps his wonderful, open, and lively style in the future.
The only negative feedback: Personally, I think 9 a.m. is too late to start the training. I would have preferred 8 a.m., but that’s just my personal opinion.
The training was very good. Mr. Bremer provided us with a lot of information and created a pleasant atmosphere.
However, there was an extremely large amount of material to cover in just three days, which had to be worked through quickly due to the short timeframe, and it was sometimes a bit difficult to keep up with all of it so fast. In some places, perhaps a few more concrete examples could be included to improve understanding, and in one or two instances, a short and concise definition or translation would have helped me instead of a very detailed explanation (since there was already so much technical information to process). Otherwise, though, I really liked that there were always a few quiz questions built in to briefly apply what we’d just learned and test ourselves. We could ask questions at any time, the course materials were comprehensive and helpful, and overall, the mood and atmosphere of the training were good.
We really enjoyed the training. The day was entertaining and informative. Thanks to the way the session was structured, I had a few “aha” moments that I hadn’t expected.
Alex walked into the room with incredibly positive and motivating energy—especially for a Monday. If I’d known how great the day would be, I would have gotten out of bed this morning feeling even more motivated :D

Thank you very much for the training, which was as professional as always, and for the perfect learning environment. The methodology and techniques worked flawlessly, and the trainer was friendly and knowledgeable. A major advantage is the option to stay overnight on-site. There, too—as always—the service was perfect.
There is one minor criticism, however. The scope of the training is too broad for the allotted time. Unfortunately, this leaves no time for the all-important exchange of experiences among participants, nor for in-depth questions and explanations. Four days would be a better choice.
I really liked it: The instructor was knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor, always engaged with the participants whether in person or remotely; the session was entertaining and focused, with all the theory illustrated with practical examples. The instructor also encouraged and motivated us to pursue certification.
The training with Arne gave me many helpful insights into Scrum. The examples he chose were very easy to follow and clear. Arne also took the time to address individual questions and was, overall, a very attentive and empathetic trainer. I highly recommend this training; not only do I feel well-prepared for the exam, but I’m also taking away a lot that will help me in my future work on the Scrum team.
I really enjoyed the three days of in-person training. Erik did an excellent job of organizing and presenting the material. I especially liked the practical examples he shared and the opportunity to discuss topics together.
The course materials complemented the training very well and are now helping me a lot with my exam preparation.

The course offers an excellent introduction and overview of COBIT and will definitely be useful for future tasks. I also liked the course structure; Andrea was a great facilitator, and the mix of online and in-person participants was well managed throughout. No negative aspects to note—keep up the good work.
A framework is, of course, a rather dry topic—BUT Andrea has a very refreshing way of presenting the material and was able to connect the theory with practical applications.
Personally, I also really like her voice and tone, as well as her way of speaking. She delivers the material very well.
