Lively, practical, and anything but dry—highly recommended!

This was an excellent training session; it was delivered with a lot of energy and never felt monotonous, which made it easy to stay focused even over a long period of time. That was a major plus, especially for a rather dry topic like ITIL. The real-world examples were particularly helpful, as they made the concepts much easier to understand and more tangible.

Andrea brings an incredible amount of positivity and knowledge to every training session. From a teaching perspective, her training sessions (I've attended several) are really good, and I learn so much more than what's in the books!
Katharina is an excellent and talented trainer who was able to convey the material perfectly and in a very practical way. I participated in a hybrid training session, and Katharina has the ability to connect with each person individually and engage them. Her teaching style is very refreshing and inviting, encouraging active participation.
The learning materials provided were also very useful. Ideally, these should be made available in color, especially since they were delivered digitally and therefore incur no additional costs.
All in all, this was a successful training session for me to prepare for the exam.
Ralf Kirchner was a very good instructor, and the team was great during the in-person training sessions on September 28 and 29, 2026, at SERVIEW in Bad Homburg.
Arne did a great job teaching the ITIL 5 Foundation course; the material—which could be quite dry at times—was presented in a way that was easy to understand, practical, and entertaining.
The content was well explained and clearly presented, making even the more complex topics easy to follow. Overall, this is a course I would highly recommend.

Ralf Kirchner brings many years of practical experience to the table, which he also incorporates into his training sessions. These practical examples make it easier to understand the material being taught.

This training was very dry and difficult. However, there’s no way around it. The trainer presented the material with a deep understanding of the subject and made it as interesting as possible. I thought the facilities were very good. And the staff and other trainers were very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my time at your facility.
This training was much more interesting than the Foundation course. The trainer was exceptionally good and knowledgeable. It was by far one of the best training sessions of this type that I have attended. It was interesting and fun to discuss the scenarios and apply the principles to real-life situations.
I also appreciated the staff and facilities at Serview. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed.

The intensive on-site training on CDS and DPI in Hamburg was a very demanding but incredibly valuable week. The location was an excellent choice, and our host made sure we felt completely at ease. In terms of content, the training met my expectations exactly.
I’d especially like to highlight our instructor, Nina. With her calm demeanor, empathy, and genuine enthusiasm for her work, she made this challenging week a truly special experience for us. She created a pleasant learning environment where there was plenty of room for fun as well.
Thank you so much for this wonderful week. If I could, I’d give Nina 10 out of 5 stars!
A very well-presented perspective that looks beyond the obvious

As a senior consultant, I tend to work as a team member or manager at the supplier level. Nevertheless, I found the very well-presented overview of a project management tool to be very interesting, and it enabled me to identify and address risks and issues in projects more quickly.

Her many examples and experiences from her past projects made the topics very clear.
Thanks to her high level of expertise and her pleasant manner, Ms. Messinger was able to explain this rather dry material in a way that was easy to understand, while also relating it to our day-to-day work, which made the topic interesting again. Thank you very much for that.
Excellent training with a very flexible instructor

I had a really great online training course at SERVIEW. I’d especially like to highlight the instructor, who was incredibly flexible and always took the time to address individual requests and questions.
The material was explained in a very clear and practical way, so it was easy to follow the lessons at all times. Even when I had additional questions, the trainer took the time to explain everything in detail.
Overall, the training was very well organized and I learned a lot from it. I highly recommend it!

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ermin Sambol for the excellent preparation for the ITIL 5 Foundation exam.
Ermin impresses with his high level of professionalism and extensive expertise. At the same time, you can immediately tell that he puts his whole heart into his work and truly wants the participants to understand the material. I particularly appreciated that he explains even complex topics in a very clear and practical way, using many real-world examples. He also answers questions thoroughly and clearly at all times.
I also found the well-planned breaks very pleasant. This meant the training wasn’t just hours on end; instead, the breaks were timed just right, allowing us to relax and process what we’d learned in between sessions.
If you have the opportunity and the time, I would definitely recommend attending the training in person with Ermin—it’s really worth it!
Thanks to his preparation, I felt very well-prepared for the exam, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Ermin as a trainer. Thank you very much for the great training!

An excellent “ Virtual Classroom ” training course, with a clear focus on the technical content, guidance on topics particularly relevant to the exam, and easy-to-understand real-world examples that help participants grasp the material beyond just theory.
Good time management and a clear structure.
Trainer Ermim has a very broad range of expertise and genuine professional experience in requirements engineering, which allowed many topics to be illustrated with practical examples rather than described solely in theoretical terms.
Excellent ITIL® Version 5 Foundation Training at SERVIEW!
The training was clearly structured, practical, and very well organized. I’d especially like to highlight Kim Messingen—she presented the material in a way that was easy to understand, motivating, and filled with real-world examples. It was clear that she truly mastered the subject matter and enjoyed sharing her knowledge.
The workbook and materials were well-organized and provided excellent support for learning. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we could ask questions at any time.
Overall, this is a highly recommended training course. Anyone looking to take the ITIL Version 5 Foundation course is in excellent hands at SERVVIEW—and especially with Kim Messingen.

Thank you so much for the refreshing two-day training session.
Despite the “dry subject matter,” there was maximum knowledge transfer in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
I would highly recommend Alex anytime. He conveys the material effortlessly using relatable examples from everyday life, is extremely attentive to the participants, yet always keeps an eye on the time and maintains a professional approach.

Clear communication of the content and the reasoning behind it, making it easier to apply the concepts in practice. All of this is combined with humor and patience; the instructor also challenges participants by asking questions that test their prior knowledge, thereby helping them identify areas where they need to improve.
A very good two-day training course, but with very extensive content

Radu kept the training very engaging, actively involved the participants, and responded very well to their needs and questions. We had actually planned an in-person training session but then switched to an online format. My impression was that there was too much content for a two-day online training session. The pace at which we covered the topics was appropriate at the beginning, but on the second day, it became clear that we were running out of time. Overall, the content was excellent and the trainer was very good, but for an online training session, it might be better to spread the content over three days. I’m not sure if we would have managed it better in terms of time management during an in-person training session.
The training was interactive, featured excellent examples, and was very practical. There was a good exchange of ideas, and the trainer was very knowledgeable and did a great job of conveying the information.
In my 15 years in IT, I’ve taken quite a few training courses (various technical courses, ITIL, Prince2, ISTQB, etc.), but this one was by far the best!
Radu is a natural entertainer. Despite the heat, the two days were a lot of fun, got us thinking, and in the end, everyone passed the exam with flying colors. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Thomas not only gave us a good overview of the Scrum principles, but also provided me with an eye-opening insight into the roles of the Scrum Master and Product Owner (and the skills we'll need to put them into practice). All of my initial questions were answered during the training.
Katharina is a highly competent and outstanding trainer who was able to combine subject matter expertise, practical relevance, and teaching skills. The training was varied and never boring, and it was also very valuable for exam preparation. I highly recommend her.

I completed the preparatory course at Serview the week before last and was very satisfied overall.
The instructors were very laid-back and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. The material was presented clearly, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
I participated remotely, and everything worked flawlessly from a technical standpoint—both the video quality and the audio were consistently very good. At the same time, I can easily imagine that attending in person (e.g., if you’re near Frankfurt) would also be worthwhile.
I particularly appreciated the varied structure of the classes, which included many group exercises. The provided materials were comprehensive and supportive of the learning process.
Overall, this is a highly recommended course that prepares you well for the exam.
Despite the highly theoretical subject matter, there were many clear examples, and the topic was presented and taught in a very natural way. It was very good!
I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Wollenhaupt for the excellent ITIL training. The material was presented in a very clear and structured manner. He explained even the more complex topics clearly and always took the time to answer questions in detail. This allowed me to follow and understand all the material very well.
Particularly noteworthy are his professional expertise, his engaging teaching style, and his dedication throughout the entire training. Thanks to his support, I felt thoroughly prepared for the exam. Okay, the equipment mentioned in the examples is, for some people—including me—complete nonsense :)
If needed or desired, I’d attend a training session there again anytime.
The instructor was very knowledgeable and demonstrated a good understanding of various frameworks.
The material was presented confidently and supported by helpful examples.
Instructor Michael Baumann explained the material clearly, tailored the session to our group and our individual needs, and answered all our questions competently.
At the training center in Bad Homburg near Frankfurt, we were able to focus entirely on the course and were well taken care of in every way.

I would definitely recommend it to solidify your understanding of PRINCE2 in the long term.
A really relaxed training session. The visuals were a huge help in understanding the material. The examples chosen were very easy to follow and helpful.

The ITIL V5 Foundation training was very interesting and well-structured, but there was a lot of material to cover in just two days. I found the workbook very helpful for reviewing the content. What I didn’t like was that the exam and exam preparation materials aren’t available in German yet, so we received the English version instead of having the option to receive the German materials later.
Christian did a great job guiding us through the material. He helped us understand which topics corresponded to which learning groups. I also really appreciated that he was able to stick to the schedule very precisely, yet there was always time for questions and discussions.
Ms. Borgrebe’s presentation and facilitation skills, as well as her practical tips, were instrumental in helping me grasp the rather theoretical material and prepare for the exam in a focused manner. The training was truly valuable to me.

Now that today marks the end of the 3-day online training course, I can only say that I am very satisfied. The training materials, slides, and sample exams are very comprehensive and presented in a clear and understandable way. They provide excellent support for my own exam preparation following the training. I feel well-informed about all organizational details and additional offerings, and I’d like to thank Alex for his wonderful leadership of this training. The presentation of the content, interaction with participants, and presentation style were exemplary and contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere during the training.
Alex approaches his presentations with a great deal of infectious enthusiasm.
You can tell that he is an expert in his field.
He enjoys sharing his practical experiences with us, thereby providing context for the course material.
Combining the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles into a single course was a smart decision. Both perspectives complement each other—those who understand both roles work together much more effectively in practice. The training materials are well-structured, clear, and directly tailored to the exam requirements. The practice exams helped me recognize typical patterns of thinking in the exam: “What does the Scrum Guide say—not what I do in practice?” This shift in mindset is the real learning outcome.
I’d especially like to highlight Nancy as the facilitator: She conveyed complex concepts precisely and with real-world relevance, answered questions competently at all times, and created an atmosphere where participants felt comfortable asking for clarification. Her style is direct, engaging, and technically to the point—exactly what you need in an exam preparation course.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a direct path to PSM I and PSPO I.

I especially liked the trainer’s sense of humor and the fact that both the teaching style and the course materials were interactive.
Arne made a topic that can sometimes be quite abstract and dry incredibly interesting, humorous, and full of practical examples.
I would definitely take another training course with him!

The training was very well structured, the content was presented clearly, and questions were always addressed. We were able to actively participate, and we were always given real-world examples.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to apply ITL much in my work environment, but that's not the trainer's fault—it's down to the company's culture.
The trainer did a great job of presenting this rather dry topic in a fun and engaging way. He was a great guy—I'd always be happy to work with him again :)
Although the ITIL training was booked for us participants as a mandatory event without any context, and we all went into it with rather modest expectations and in a less-than-enthusiastic mood, Kim’s friendly manner managed to engage everyone and encourage our active participation. She gave us plenty of breaks and room for discussion, allowing us to share our personal experiences and gain insight into what works well—or not so well—for us.
Thanks to Kim, the training left a positive impression despite the rather dry subject matter, and I feel motivated to apply what I’ve learned to my work.

I really enjoyed the course. Even though the subject matter is rather dry, Kim structured the course very well and presented the material in a very knowledgeable way. She was excellent at answering questions and didn’t lose her train of thought even when we asked follow-up questions; she was able to pick up where she left off and continue the course. I’d be happy to take it again.
When I first thought of ITIL, I imagined a dry, drawn-out course. But Nina presented the topic in a really lively and practical way, and the time just flew by. I learned a lot.
Ich empfand die Schulung sehr angenehm. Alex ist ein toller Trainer, der wirklich mit Herz bei der Sache ist. Selten habe ich bei Schulungen einen so engagierten und lebendigen Trainer gehabt. Er bezieht die Teilnehmer aktiv mit in die Schulung ein und hält einen mit seiner lebendigen Art bei der Sache. Endlich mal eine Schulung die nicht zum Einschlafen ist! Ich hoffe Alex behält seine tolle offene und lebendige Art in Zunkunft bei.
Einziges negatives Feedback: Ich persönlich finde 9 Uhr zu spät für den Start der Schulung. Mir wäre 8 Uhr lieber gewesen, aber das ist nur mein persönliches Empfinden.
The training was very good. Mr. Bremer provided us with a lot of information and created a pleasant atmosphere.
However, there was an extremely large amount of material to cover in just three days, which had to be worked through quickly due to the short timeframe, and it was sometimes a bit difficult to keep up with all of it so fast. In some places, perhaps a few more concrete examples could be included to improve understanding, and in one or two instances, a short and concise definition or translation would have helped me instead of a very detailed explanation (since there was already so much technical information to process). Otherwise, though, I really liked that there were always a few quiz questions built in to briefly apply what we’d just learned and test ourselves. We could ask questions at any time, the course materials were comprehensive and helpful, and overall, the mood and atmosphere of the training were good.
